Wizvy Technologies provides AI-powered creative services for advertising, including video ad creation, editing, and optimization for various platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative assets delivered to you by Wizvy Technologies are your property upon payment. We grant you full usage rights for all assets we deliver. However, we retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not use our services to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizvy Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
